The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Nutri Pure Trading will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within 7-14 working days after the confirmation.
Return & Refund Policy
1.) If the product is damaged during the shipment, customers could email to firstname.lastname@example.org to lodge a service report with proof. Upon verifying, Nutri Pure Trading will replace with a new product to customers, Shipping fee shall be pay by Nutri Pure for the FIRST TIME. Replacement of stock is subject to availability
2.) It is normal if the powder is hardened or caking when received. Any harden or caking in form is not considered damaged, Nutri Pure Products are 100% Natural, without any additives such as Colouring, Flavoring, Preservative, Anti-Caking ingredient.
3.) We will offer a replacement for any Nutri Pure 100% Natural Food Powder ONLY. Any Specialty Flour or Baking Tools will not be replaced. Nutri Pure shall not take any responsibility for any products damaged by the customer.
